For continuity's sake.
Decided to revive my half-dead blog since I suddenly felt the inclination to blog. It's almost time for CCA farewells and all and as I look back on what I've achieved these past two years in VJ, I do feel a pang of regret. Especially fencing when I could have done so much better. But there's little I can change now.
Yesterday was Writers' Circle annual Glossolalia night and it was a success so kudos all round. I performed a rather nostalgic piece on the reminiscences of an old playground and my disdain for the brashness of the new one. I was kinda under-reherased so I did slow down at my first line to catch the rest of the lines I had to recite. Quite some pressure considering the poem was a long one but I think I pulled it off okay. =] And the programme and performances went fine as well so I'm really glad.
Watched Spidey 3 with the rest of the FCBC cell kids at Lido too on Labour Day. Wasn't too bad and so was the BBQ with the 06A201ers at Torrance's place. I've to say seeing one of my friends acting differently under the influence of alcohol was rather interesting to say the least haha.
Dramanight the week before was great as well, kudos to jane, daniel and ahnaf who acted really well as well as phoebs and renee for directing the plays so well. =]
Cell's going strong, I really thank God for this wonderful fellowship He has helped me plant in VJ according to His purpose.
I think that's all I can recall right now, my life has been travelling along a rather dreary tangent recently.
Sigh. And I'm tired and spent of late.
I think I'm getting old.
