Worship songs are such a blessing to listen to. I'm actually glad FCBC is returning to hymnal ones (though the loud ones are always good at raising the tempo) and there's one that keeps recurring in my mind. One line in particular:
'And Lord, we want to thank You For the works You've done in our lives'
Oh there are so many things to thank the Lord for yet I continue to take His blessings for granted.
I recall the kids back in Cambodia, who were easily contented with the simplest things. They had dreams of course but they were truly happy despite their difficulties. It was a simple belief in the promise of life. And a simple faith in the Lord.
The child-like faith we need more of.
On a sidenote, Tanya deciphered a mystery of sorts in a moment of inspiration. Haha.
